Northern Michigan Activity remains very strong for this time of year with 87 sales, while inventory levels continue to contract in both on and off water markets. With all the talk of the "Fiscal Cliff" it can become overwhelming. While under the current system income taxes will rise and our economy may slow, however it's your choice whether to participate in the downturn or seek opportunity and have your best year ever. My advice, stay knowledgeable about current events, but don't let them influence your life, we can't control our elected officials, we can control how we react to their decisions.
